When placing an order how long before it is sent out?

Hi Tricia,

The only order available, at this website, is the soap making DVD. As long as the DVD is in stock, it is sent out immediately. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. If the DVD is out of stock or there are delays in shipment, for any reason, you will be notified.
