An average consumption of cauliflower would be about 2 - 4 times a week. 

COLORS of CAULIFLOWER:  white, orange, purple and green

White: Most common
Orange:  Has beta-carotene (an orange pigment).
Green: Less beta carotene than broccoli.  Sweeter than white cauliflower.
Purple:  Has anthocyanins (water soluble pigments).  Rich in glucosinolates, (sulphur-containing compounds).
