Celery is a plant of the Apiaceae family and cultivated globally. This vegetable is low in calories packed with nutrients! After purchase, store celery in the refrigerator and use within 5 to 7 days. Do not freeze.

HOMEMADE RECIPE # 1:
Homemade Face Mask with Pumpkin and Celery
(Strengthen Skin and Improve Elasticity)
2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Celery
2 Tbsp. Milk
1/4 Cup Canned Pure Pumpkin
Pour milk in pan. Add celery. Heat pan mixture on stove top on low for 10 or 15 minutes. Celery should become tender. Add canned pure pumpkin. Stir and mash mixture, thoroughly. Remove pan mixture from heat. Apply lukewarm mixture evenly to clean face. Avoid eyes, ears, nose or any sensitive areas. Leave homemade face mask on for approx. 2 minutes. Rinse face, thoroughly, with warm water. Gently pat dry.
